Bali Dive Sites

Diving in Tulamben

Bali's most popular dive destination. It is the home of the USAT LIBERTY, a World War II cargo ship that was torpedoed and left upon the beach. In 1963 she was swept into the ocean by the eruption of Mt. Agung and now rests between 5 and 30 meters deep.In the vicinity of the wreck are other world famous sites, home to hundreds of species of reef fish, soft and hard corals, turtles and other rarities.

Diving in Padang Bai

There are many world class dive sites, all within a few minutes of the main beach. Many are perfect for beginners or dive professionals; with some challenging dive sites, drift and current dives and opportunities to observe reef sharks and many types of Ray, Pelagics. You will be amazed by the diversity of marine life, and if you are lucky enough you can spot the world famous Mola Mola; the huge but shy sunfish!

Diving in Amed

Amed offers amazing opportunities for divers of all levels. A famed wall dive with spectacular sponges and soft coral is right off the beach in Jemeluk Bay. Enjoy a lazy drift past a dramatic coral wall amid schools of red tooth trigger-fish and sergeant majors, or explore the coral gardens with camera, mask and snorkel. Beach dives feature a sandy muck bottom, shallow coral plateau, walls up to 45 meters deep and an artificial reef.

Diving in Lembongan & Nusa Penida

Famous for its manta rays and Mola-Mola, Nusa Penida and Nusa Lembongan have some of the best drift driving in Indonesia! Comprised of three islands: Nusa Lembongan, Nusa Ceningan and Nusa Penida, reefs here vary from gentle slopes to dramatic drop offs and pinnacles. The currents are often very strong, the water is crystal clear and 2-5 degrees cooler than other sites in Bali resulting in a profusion of marine life and a chance to see big stuff!
